RockShox has announced their new version of the Revelation, the Revelation World Cup. The fork has 150 mm of travel, around 1,6 kg and is made for trail riding.

A Dual air travel adjust will be present on the fork, giving you the ability to lower the forkto 120 mm for climbing. A one-piece tapered carbon steerer tube will be put on the fork, giving it increased stiffness while keeping it on the light side.

The thru-axle is 15mm, and RockShox call it the Maxle Lite, being light and simple to use.
So, to sum it all up, here are the specs:

Yesterday, I came across this company while browsing some forums. I knew I have heard of it before, but I couldn’t name any of their bikes, so I started searching for them on the net, and I was very impressed about their products. I now declare myself as a fan ! Stiu ca nu am mai scris de mult timp un articol in romana, dar este mai bine sa il scriu mai tarziu decat deloc, nu ?

Un lucru care ma deranjeaza foarte mult atunci cand sunt pe bicicleta sunt nesimtitii care blocheaza pista pentru biciclete ori cu masinile, ori pur si simplu se fac ca nu o vad si merg pe ea. Bine, poate unii oameni o fac involuntar, si, la vederea ta, se dau la o parte si isi cer scuze. Nu lor le dedic acest post, ci celor care atunci cand le ceri politicos sa se dea incep sa te alinte: “Ce-ai bã, ţi-a luat mă-ta stradă ? ”
Dragii mei burghezi, daca este pista pentru biciclete , v-as ruga sa nu mai stati pe ea sa vorbiti la telefon sau orice lucru ce nu implica mersul pe o bicicleta. Pietonii care merg corect, pe langa pista, vor fi nemultumiti daca eu trebuie sa ii blochez atunci cand trebuie sa trec pe langa voi, nu-i asa ?
Cealalta categorie de imbecili (hopa, cuvant urat ! )sunt cei ce isi parcheaza masinile pe pista. Consider galbenul benzilor ce delimiteaza pista o culoare destul de vizibila. Ah, si pentru cei care sunt langa masinile lor ( de pe pista ) in momentul in care treci pe langa ele si dezvolta ticul verbal ” Dă-te, bă, mai incolo, o zgarii si costa cat 10 biciclete ca ale tale, n-ai loc ? ” am urmatoarea atentionare: In primul rand, pe mine nu ma intereseaza absolut deloc daca va zgarii masinile sau daca ele fac de 10 ori cat bicicleta mea. In al doilea rand, m-am saturat sa va ocolesc cutiile de chibrite, asadar, din cauze pur accidentale, umarul meu ( sau cotul etc) ar putea lovi oglinzile masinii dumneavoastra, sau oricare alta parte expusa” pericolului pe 2 roti ” . Imi voi asuma acest risc, deoarece nu vreau sa incalc regulile ” de circulatie”, deci nu voi parasi pista de biciclete.
Ne-am inţeles, opăriţilor ?
